Overview:

Operate one or more office machines, including photocopying, photographing, and duplicating machines, as well as other office devices.

Maintain a supply inventory and requisition any items that are required
Auxiliary machines such as collators, pad and tablet makers, staplers, and paper punching, folding, cutting, and perforating machines are used.
Clean the devices, make minor repairs, and notify any severe issues.
Sort, assemble, and proof the final product.
Prepare papers for scanning, microfilming, and microfiche by preparing and processing them.
Operate high-speed commercial photocopiers, readers, scanners, addressing machines, stencil-cutting machines, microfilm readers or printers, folding and inserting machines, bursters, and binder machines, among other office machines.
